What is Phycocyanin?
Phycocyanin is derived from Spirulina Plantensis. We use water extraction, so no chemicals are used to concentrate from Spirulina. Phycocyanin has the strongest antioxidant capacity among the water soluble ingredients. It is excellent raw material for food supplement.
The difference of the phycocyanin :
1)phycocyanin E18:30% trehalose, 5% sodium citrate.
